The month of June promises to be a busy one. Collin is involved in: A drawing class, zoo education, tennis and swimming lessons. Evan is involved in zoo education, t-ball (his first year) and swimming lessons (also his first year). The guys have a father/son campout planned. We have a picnic with our adoption group. Our adoption agency has scheduled our final post placement visit for this Wednesday. I have a three hour meeting on Thursday to plan out the MOPS year ahead. Oh, and somewhere in there, I will be spending five days taking workshops in order to meet the credit requirements to hang onto my state teaching license.
And, did I mention, Evan started getting a tummy bug yesterday and we usually have these for two+ weeks?
I'm not stressed. Not one teeny bit.

Ni hao! Hello!
We are a family of five. We joke that we are probably one of only a handful of families worldwide where three children have three different (natural) hair colors. Collin (age 7) is our little blondie. Evan (age 5) has red hair which matches his personality. Camille (A.K.A. "Cami", age 2) has jet black hair thanks to her Chinese heritage.
I (Jenny) like to write and figured a blog was the best way to chronicle our family mishaps. I'm a Christian who believes every word of the Bible is true and totally applicable to life in today's world and I'm not afraid to voice my opinions. I'm also a loyal Republican. My hobbies include piano playing, reading, drawing, painting, walking and surfing the net. I'm involved with M.O.P.S. and serve on the steering committee. We also attend a local group for families with internationally adopted children. We are active in our church's Sunday School program, as well.
